Here is a beautifully restored Police Call Box Telephone from Hello Central Antique Telephone Company. This telephone was manufactured by Western Electric and is a Model 525 Wall Phone Set. It has the original "porcelain over metal" Police Instruction Plate attached to the front door and original "working" Western Electric Lock and Key. The key is stamped # 62. There is slight chipping around the edges of the original Porcelain Instruction Plate (see pictures). Otherwise, beautiful restored condition.
The Police Call Box Telephone has a black powder coated (baked on enamel) finish and
has been converted for use on today's telephone system.
Please note, a "VOIP" (Voice Over Internet Protocol) Telephone System such as available through Vonage or other Internet carrier will require a converter not provided in this auction.
This Police Call Box Telephone will work fine with regular telephone company service.
The Police Call Box Telephone has a one year limited warranty from Hello Central Antique Telephone Company.
