Vintage Non-Working Guardsman Fire Bell
This is a vintage non-working Guardsman Fire Bell manufactured by Consumers Engineering Company. This alarm was easy to install. All you had to do was wind it up and hang it on a nail or screw. After it rang, a metal flag would protrude from side with the word
Rewind
printed on it. I tried to rewind this bell but could not get it to work. Metal has some shine left. There are scratches and stains on finish. There is a small dent on side of bell. Measures approximately 7 inches in diameter x 3 inches deep.
