Vintage Industrial External Double Bell Ringer... Condition is Used. Estate sale finds item.  The item looks pretty clean inside as you can appreciate in the pictures.  Cast iron housing.  Both bells are eccentric so they can be adjusted for sound. Take them apart to be wrapped individually.  Very heavy....This is what i did....in a serie circuit to test the ringer.....

to
vibrate
wich
indicate
they
are
not
open

the
condenser
,
wich
is
in
serie
with
the
coils
seems
not

the
experience
to
tell
if
is
good
or
not
.
NO
FURTHER
TEST
MADE
.
dont
want
to
screw
the
coils
.
Certainly
i
have
no
idea
if
is
120VAC
or
maybe
220VAC
.
