A：The fairing is sold as a whole kit, not separately. But we do offer the upper fairing on-line.
Q：Can I get a discount if I purchase more than one piece?
A：Sorry. We cannot lower the price for this item. You can pay attention to those listings with offers if you want a discount.
Q：The fairings does not line up very perfectly. I want a return. Can you please help?
A：Normally the unfitting issues are caused by inappropriate installation or twisted bike frame. Please go to the mechanic for help. We’ve tested every model on the bike and make sure the mould is very good before selling.
Q：The box was damaged and the fairings too. Can you replace them?
A：Firstly, if you find the box is damaged when you just receive it from FEDEX. Please reject it and let him return it back. We will file a claim on it and resend you another.
Secondly, we will offer the best solutions for the damaged part if the box is in good condition.
Q：This fairing looks used not brand new. There are scratches and dust all over.
A：We state clearly about the condition of fairing in the description. Please read the description carefully before purchase. If you return it just because you don’t like it or you purchase the wrong model, it wastes our time and money.

A：We do stock some color fairing kits. If you are interested, you can check in our store for the model and painting scheme you like. But we are sorry we don’t accept customized order. All our stock are in California or Indiana now.

Place your expedited order by 3:00 PST Monday thru Friday and it will be processed same day. If you place your order after 3:00 PM PST, it will be shipped the next business day. Orders subject to details confirmation may result in delayed shipping. Sorry for all the inconvenience.

In order to protect our customers, we reserve the right to ship packages signature required occasionally. For example, if you live in an apartment without a doorman. If this is a concern, be sure to provide an address where someone will be around to sign.
We DON’T offer shipping to PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Protectorates. Why? The cost is too high.
It should take 1 - 5 business days for the product to reach your destination. If the product doesn't arrive within the time limit, please give it an additional 1 to 2 business days in case of postal delays and/or possible technical issues. RETURNS
If you would like to return your purchased merchandises, kindly, contact us via eBay message.
In case of returns, the returns are eligible within 30 days after the product arrives. In case the product arrives damaged or there are any shipping errors (e.g wrong item or size) or the merchandise received is not as described, you will not be responsible for the return cost. We will provide you with prepaid pickup labels.
For any other reasons, you may be responsible for partial or full return shipping fee. As for returns such as change of mind, mistaken purchases, or buyer’s remorse, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs. Returned products must be in brand-new condition and be kept in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging. Please do not place returned labels on top of the original shipping label.

Replacements or refunds will NOT be provided until we have received the returned items in our warehouse. Once the item has been received in our warehouse and we can confirm from the tracking number that the item has been delivered, we will issue you the refund for the purchase. You have 30 days grace period after the delivery of the item to complete the return.
In the first 30 days from delivery of your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full money back , excluding any shipping charges (Our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).
