An old original Kid's Tin Toy Noisemaker from the Crusader Rabbit TV show featuring Ragland T. Tiger also known as "Rags".  Crusader Rabbit was the first animated series specifically made for TV and debuted on August 1st, 1950.  Rags was Crusader Rabbit's sidekick and the T. stood for The but the show had a running gag that the T. in his name stood for Larry because his dad couldn't spell.
This old original Toy Noise Maker measures about 1 3/4 inches wide by about 1 inch tall.
A very rare and hard to find piece of old Kids Television memorabilia!!
