Description

This listing is for one new front fender for Honda models with a 23" front wheel. This fender is a replica of the 1980 XR250/500 fender, and has the correct radius for the 23" wheel. The original CR125, XL250 and XL500S fenders are flat / straight and NOT rounded down.This was made from vacuum formed HDPE, which is a very tough, sand able, polish able, and paint able product. Unlike original PP or PE material, this plastic resists "white" scratches. The fender is manufactured to the same basic size and shape as original parts (last 3 photos above show comparison with an original fender). The surface has a slight texture as compared to original plastics. This part will require drilling (use your old part as templates). Note that this part has a mold release agent on it and should be thoroughly cleaned before applying decals or stickers. Our stock photos are shown.
