    Set of 5 Cocktail Glasses, Wine Glasses, Imperial Glass Ohio Cape Cod Clear, Ball Stem Vintage Drinking Glasses
    This vintage set includes 5 cocktail glasses in the Cape Cod pattern by Colony / Indiana Glass Company. The Cape Cod pattern features a plain rim, cross hatch pattern band, with circles and ovals and diamonds. The stem features a diamond point (hobnail) ball and the base is square. These are heavy glasses that can be used for any beverage including wine or cocktails. This set is in excellent condition with no chip, cracks or scratches. The glass is clear, upper lip (drinking lip) is nice and smooth.
    Approx. dimensions: 4 3/4 high, 2 1/4" square base, 3" diameter at the rim. It holds approx. 5 ounces if filled to the top.
    Vintage: Imperial Glass produced the Cape Code pattern for over 50 years from 1932 until 1984 when the company was sold. Initially Cape Cod pieces were sold to Quaker Oats Company to be included with their products as giveaways. The Cape Cod patterns was one of Imperial Glass Company's best known and most popular patterns.
