KLEMCO All metal mount for E3D type hotends for Creality Printers

Description

This fancy pants high steppin’ anodized mount is machined in the USA from 6061-T6 DFARS compliant aluminum. The mount attaches the popular E3D V6 and V6 Volcano (and compatible) hotends to a wide variety of Creality 3D printers without the need for a Z stop height adjustment. The mount includes two M3x0.5 holes (one on each side for attaching adjustable fan shrouds available for free download at Thingiverse) along with two more M3x0.5 holes atop the mount so you can add our accessories such as a bowden tube and wire management bracket (also available for free download) or whatever brilliant and super awesome accessories you come up with; because its always great to have more attachment points for cool gizmos. Furthermore, we throw in all the required stainless steel hardware, a made in USA Bondhus 2mm ball end hex key and a convenient spacer to properly set the nozzle height for both the regular and volcano hotend configurations.
UPDATE:
The mount now comes with the hardware to mount two 50mmx15mm blower fans to the available printable fan shrouds.  This includes two 22mmx3mm button cap screws and two 3mm nuts in addition to the hardware that is already included. All stainless steel!  Also, we include two 3mmx12mm flat head hex screws and two more 3mm nuts to use with the printable strain relief. This means the mount now comes with all the hardware for the most popular accessories:  The strain relief and the blower style fan shrouds.  You have to print the strain relief and the fan shrouds yourself they do not come with the mount, but the hardware does!
