rateful Dead and/or Boston Sports, Basketball ... or, as I probably should say - Celtics ! Fans !!!  Offered here is a very-serious ( Ha ! ) piece of both Sports & Rock 'n Roll Memorabilia !!  I mean does it get any better then when both meet ... and, especially when it looks like this Grateful Dead Shirt !!!  This is the Official 1991 Tour Shirt from the Grateful Dead's Live Concert run ' on-top ' of the Boston Garden Checkered Parquet Court !  Shows dated September 20th, 21st, 22nd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 1991 - close to 30-Years Ago !  This is an Ultra-Rare !! ' White ' Shirt ( versus the Tie-Dye version ) that offers not only fabulous design-image color schemes, but also Incredible ! Designs ( by Chris Pinkerton ) on both-sides of this Rare !  & Awesome !! Grateful Dead Boston Shirt !  What a simply Legendary !!! Dead Shirt design here for the Grateful Dead - Celtics - Basketball - Sports-Collecting Fans !  On the front of the Shirt you have a Boston Celtic-esque " Skeleton " wearing Red, White & Blue ! looking like he is running the Offense from the Point ! - and will possibly look to pass, pull-up, shoot, or will maybe execute some kind of Boney-Dribble-Drive !  And just check out his Style !  He's sporting a Red, White & Blue " Lightning-Bolt " Jersey, a pair of White Shorts ( with Blue & Red trim ), and a pair of " Early-90's " Compression-Shorts ! underneath to-boot !  Gotta love that Early-'90's Style !!  And on the Shoes, well you guessed it White High-Tops with a " Steal Your Face ! " Lightning Bolt logo on the Tongue, with even Red/Blue treads on the bottom !  For goodness sake, even the Basketball has White-Lightning-Bolts all-over the ball !?!  And in the background ... Naturally !  A " Steal Your Face ! " is made of the one & only Checkered Parquet of the Boston Garden !  And also ... Roses flying all-around !  This kind of even looks like the " Deadhead " version of the NBA logo !  I know the Commissioner is talking about changing it these days ... so I say - hey, why not just go with this !  That might even ' up-stage ' the Lithuanian Skullman !?!  Ha !  On the back, you've got the Tour Dates of the '91 Boston Garden Grateful Dead 6-Night run, with Lightning-Bolts spinning all around !  And around on what ?  Yep, a " Skeleton-Hand " that looks like it is almost going Globetrotters-Style with the precision of this stunt !!  What a Legendary ! Grateful Dead / Celtics Shirt !  And let's not forget ... ( how could we ? ), this was even Larry Bird's last years with the Celtics !  Side-by-side with all of the legendary Celtics Greats on the floor - McHale - The Chief ! ( Parish ), etc..  Plus, I'm sure Good Ol' Bill Walton had front-row tickets to All ! of these Shows !!!  In a matter of fact, Mickey Hart ( born back East ) is a big Celtics  Fan !  And I almost think Bobby Weir might be too ?!?  But can't say for certain on that one - though I did see him wearing a Celtics jersey once on stage !  Rondo, I believe ?!  Do beware though ... because I know it's a fact that the rest of them are pretty much Lakers-Fans !  Oh-no !?!?!  Enjoy this one ... as it is Both ! a Good Ol' Grateful Dead ! & Boston Celtics ! As this is a lightly ( barely ) used vintage-collectible shirt - here is the only issues that stand out to my eye upon very close inspection :
