MSG-Dead ! ... & New York City Fans of the " Big Apple " too !!  Offered here is the Very-Rare Grateful Dead " New York City Taxi " Tie Dyed Tour Shirt designed by David Opie and issued by GDM for the the Grateful Dead's 1990 6-night Fall Tour! stop at Madison Square Garden in New York City !!!  This " Classic " Shirt was actually reproduced in 1995 ( by GDM ), but the one being offered here is the Genuine / Authentic " Vintage-Original " from 1990!!!  Definitely one of the coolest-ever & most-creative Grateful Dead " Opie " designs of all-time - and certainly one of the most appropriate ever for the one & only " Big Apple " itself ... a Dancing Bears - Skeleton - Steal Your Face & New York City Skyscrapers & " Taxi " Theme !  On the Shirt front you have Taxi driving Skeleton giving two Dancing Bears a ride to the Dead Show whilst cruising through the rose laden streets of New York City !  This is sure to be a Long-Strange-Trip indeed ... as the the Lightning Bolt designed Taxi is " On Tour " and has " Dead " right-on as its license plate !  Above the Taxi " New York City " is written in a funky purple script that contrasts nicely with the vibrant tie dye and checkered borders.  On the Shirt back ... " Grateful Dead " has the decibel level hitting the oranges and yellows, as " Madison Square Garden " is made up of the Starry-Night the Taxi is driving off into - complete with yellow Lightning Bolts blasting out of the two exhausts.  It looks like this Taxi is definitely " Dead-Tour Experienced " and is on its way to yet another night of the '90 MSG run with the Tour Dates on the pavement, and even a checkered Steal Your Face ! below ... with Rose Petals ! blowing away in the wind.  A Very-Rare !! & Awesome !!!
