Grateful Dead Fans !!!!!  Those who Treasure! the Coolest of the Cool ! ... & the Rarest of the Rare !! -- Rock & Roll Museum-type Collectibles !  Well, for the serious G.D. and Rock & Roll Collector - and especially the " Pin Collector " out there ... well, here is one that you likely do not have.  Hopefully you do already, as this one - is indeed just about as rare as rare gets ... so, here you go.  As this here my fellow Grateful Dead Fans is indeed the Very-First ! Grateful Dead Pin ever-issued !!  Made & sold in 1967 !!! - just a couple of years into the Bands unequaled 30-Year Career !!!!!  And, as the photos show - this Pin was right-on with the times !  A simple straight & to the point " Button-Pin " with a straight poker-post ... just so-Vintage ! - and so-Beautiful !! too.  It's Yellow on the border, with Green font - and to my knowledge ... this was the only color-combo in which this pin was made.  Which, is way-fine by me ... being an Oregon Duck ! and all.  Ha !  And too ... definitely note, if you already haven't - that this pin is so old-school even in the '60's/'70's G.D. World - in that it reads ... " Good Old Grateful Dead " -- as we all know that in right around 1973 - that fabulous phrase was eventually commonly changed to " Good Ol' Grateful Dead ".  Just think about the Red, White & Blue Star-pin, stickers, keychains, etc.. that you saw in the later era's.  As yes indeed ... this one came 1st - and in fact... was the Very-1st !!!  So really, as the photos well show ... when it comes to Grateful Dead Pins - this-here is one that really cannot be one-upped.  Just like the one worn by Rock & Roll Legend - Janis Joplin ! ( check out the photos provided ! ).  Truly one of the Ultimate ! Grateful Dead Collectibles from all time ! - and, well over 50-Years old here today ( and close to 55-Years Old ! ).  Cheers !! ... & Enjoy !!!

:  This Grateful Dead Vintage-Original 1967 Pin ( Pinback / Button ) featuring the '67 " The Good Old Grateful Dead " Logo is in overall Very Good used condition - somewhat close to Very Good/Like New overall, with consideration to its natural age.  Pin has light-medium surface wear, tarnishing/oxidation rusting, and natural aging discoloration (please see photos).  An over 50-Year Old ( close to 55-Years Old ! ) Vintage-Original Grateful Dead item ... the ' Very-First !
