Federal "W" Series Siren WG WL WLR WLRG New Rear Siren Cone / Motor Cover. Almost everyone that has a W series Federal siren knows they were very prone to cracking in multiple places. These cones are made of 16 Gauge mild steel and Chrome plated so they will not suffer the cracking issue the brass cones did. I just obtained several of these NEW "W" Series Siren Cones. Included are 3 New Stainless Steel 8-32 Slotted Pan Head screws for attaching to your siren. Due to manufacturing variances over the years of production of this siren the bracket that the base bolts to may need to have some material removed as shown in the last picture to allow the cone to set down square on the rotor housing. Starting about a third of the way back and taper to about 1/8" at the rear. Any questions send a message. I have several of these available. Thanks Gary
