This unit is old but has never been through a fire so, it is functional, but not (NEW).Vintage 1960's Falcon automatic fire detector/ALARM. The best insurance and peace of mind in this self contained unit.Manufactured by The Falcon Alarm Company, Inc., Springfield, New Jersey. Last patent # 3,079,886 (1963). Alarm will activate when temperatures reached 136ºF and horn would sound. These are designed to last a lifetime,the security and peace of mind of knowing you will wake up and your neighbors too ,is immeasurable . Measures approx. 10" high x 9" wide x 4" deep.
