International Shipping:
First Class Mail International is estimated to take about 2-4 weeks for delivery.  This does not include any delays due to customs clearance or other circumstances which are beyond my control.

Returns/Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied, I will accept returns in new/unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price (s&h is nonrefundable).  You will be responsible for return shipping costs.  Please contact me first if you are planning to return or exchange an item.  When sending me a return or exchange, please include a copy of the invoice and a brief description of the situation so that I may process it quickly.
