    Donath Dresden Hand Painted Floral & Gold Scrollwork Basket Circa 1893 - 1916
    Very pretty porcelain basket. Nicely decorated with hand painted pink, purple, yellow, blue, and orange flowers. With gold gilding along the edge and gold gilt scrollwork designs on either side of where the handles meet the basket. Marked Imperial Crown China Austria. This is a manufacturer's mark used by Bawo & Dotter mark used between 1884 and 1914. Also marked with a green crown over Dresden Germany. This is a decorator's mark used by Donath & Co in Dresden Germany between 1893 and 1916. It is also Marked
    Has a lot of wear to the gilding, mostly along the handle, edge, and rim, but not as much to the gilt scrollwork. Otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
    Measures approximately 4 1/4 inches wide x 6 1/4 inches tall.
