Description
Purchased in the early 1960s as a souvenir either at Disneyland by my husband or Knott's Berry Farm by myself. Sort of serendipity that we would both purchase such a thing at elementary school age.
Bring yourself closer to nature with this natural stone.  When purchased it was called a fidget stone.  It was to be used to relieve stress, relaxation and tension. Calms you down and helps you focus.  Great for meditation.
Made of natural layered onyx quartz crystal.  Carved to fit between your forefingers and thumb.  This stone has slight typical surface variations for a tumbled gemstone.  The rectangle shape and slightly round edges. It features a Thumb spot impression on one side perfect for rubbing with your thumb.
In excellent as-made condition.  It measures approx. 2-1/8 inches long by 1-1/16 inches wide.
In Crystal Healing, The onyx is considered a healing stone.  Onyx is a form of Agate which is a form of Quartz Crystal.  Used for skin and hair problems and to reduce depression, anxiety and stress.  It increases concentration, reduces forgetfulness and promotes a strong memory. Natural Healers also use this type of Crystal Healing Stone to help to control overwhelming worries, emotions and fears.  It is said to promote positivity by refreshing the mind and body. It is very relaxing and helps with relationships.  Onyx is used by men to increase vigor, stamina and strength.  Good for imaging and meditation, and is considered a very empowering gemstone.
