Application Instruction (Using Transfer Heat Press Machine)
1) Place the Nameset / Patch / Badges glueside (rough side) down on the correct position.
***Please remove the back sheet (if any) before an application, some nameset has a back sheet for protection.***
2) After fixed the correct position, we recommend you to put a butter paper to protect the shirt.
3) Start the application.
4) Temperature: 120ºC - 130ºC.
5) Time: 10 -15 seconds.
6) Pressure: Firm.
7) Cold Peel (cool down at least 60 seconds then peel off the backing material slowly).
8) If Nameset / Badges does not fully stick, heat press the shirt 5-10 seconds more.
It is not recommended to use a household irons because it can't heating the number and nameset at the same time. Also the degree and pressure do not stable enough for the application.
Washing Instruction
1. Do not wash the shirt within 24 Hours after heating.
2. Please reverse the shirt when you washing.
Do not use any Softener  or Chemical Cleaners washing the clothes. nameset or number will be washed off.
