ANTIQUE MINIATURE PUTZ SHEEP
Adorable miniature hand carved and painted Christmas figure measuring about 3" long and 2-1/2" tall. Featuring the sweetest little sheep complete with ears and red painted collar, color is soft cream - little cow was made in Germany as part of the Erzgebirge cottage industry around the 1900s. Condition is lovely - it is slightly primitive and just charming with those goofy ears -- here is the finest line crack in one ear which only goes partway through - it is stable. Perfect in any Christmas miniature nativity, Noah's Ark, or even accenting the countryside of a toy train display. A wonderful antique primitive toy!
