(6) Old or Antique RL DRESDEN Flowers HAND PAINTED 8 1/2" Dessert Plates
Description
Gorgeous DRESDEN FLOWERS plates with scalloped GOLD (not silver) rims. There are three different style floral decors, but they are individually hand painted so they are all different.
SIZE: Each about 8 1/2 - 8 5/8" in diameter.
MARKS: Examples of the stamped and impressed marks on the back are shown in the photos below. All have RL Dresden marks; some also have MZ Austria (Moritz Zdekauer) importer mark.
CONDITION: Old or Antique item. On one, I feel a touch of roughness in one spot along back edge; with 10x magnification it looks to me that it is in the mold as made, but could be a small flaw. Another plate has a small flaw on the back as shown in close up photo below. Otherwise, no significant problems, but since they are old, please expect that there will be a few minor signs of age and/or use.
