    Description

    This wizard appears to be stuck in his book o' spells. Unless he is some sorta wizard genie that lives in a book when he got cursed by a powerful witch and the "wishes" he grants happen in a upside down way. You heard me. Upside down not opposite. No backward. UPSIDE DOWN! What does that mean? Well it means.....well...... I don't have time to explain right now. The statue is adorned in colored "crystals" to add a colorful flare.
